ADX Fest, a new region-wide art and design festival that activates venues, studios, and spaces across the Portland metro area throughout the month of October 2026.

Headquartered at Art Design Xchange (ADX) in the heart of the Central Eastside in the Buckman Neighborhood, ADX Fest celebrates the independent artists, designers, makers, and creatives who power the region’s cultural and economic vitality.

ADX stands for Art Design Xchange. We are located at 417 SE 11th Ave and are celebrating 15 Years in the Making! ADX is a woman-owned and operated creative collective in Portland’s Buckman neighborhood in the Central Eastside Industrial District.

Art Design Xchange offers a hub for creatives working across a wide variety of mediums, including stop motion animation, woodworking, fashion and textiles, fine art painting and photography, poetry, music, and more. With 14,000 square feet of independent artist studios and event space, Art Design Xchange has been a cornerstone since its establishment in 2011.

Celebrating 15 years in the making, Art Design Xchange is a true reflection of Portland’s entrepreneurial culture. With this in mind, we invite everyone to share in our region’s collective accomplishments, celebrate our thriving creative economy, and join us as we forge a revitalized Portland.

Creatives are the economic engine for Portland.  From fine furniture, screenprinting, poetry, filmmaking, fine art, dance and stop motion animation to graphic design, photography, cartoon arts, music gear, home furnishings, beauty products and more, Portland IS the creative capital of THE UNIVERSE! And….We want to party about it! With you!
